Lowering the flag to half-mast by use of a specially adapted switch, ADI residents took part in a moving ceremony to remember and pay respects to Israel’s fallen soldiers and victims of terror.
The ceremony continued with recitation of Psalms and lighting of memorial candles, accompanied by soft music to mark the solemnity of the day.
ADI residents, students and staff join all citizens of Israel in marking this day – a day of remembrance and respect for those who made the ultimate sacrifice to ensure our safety as individuals and as a nation.
