An early Independence Day celebration took place at ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran on Tuesday, May 7.
Staff and residents clad in blue and white gathered in the accessible amphitheater for an exciting morning of singing and dancing including an amazing flag show. A number of participating residents, many in wheelchairs, danced with National Service volunteers to produce the extraordinary show enjoyed by onlookers.
Later, everyone paraded through the village, holding and waving flags, while trADItional Israeli songs played in the background. It was moving to see residents singing, laughing and waving flags, celebrating Independence Day in their special way.
A delegation of visitors from Sao Paulo, Brazil Keren HaYesod joined the festivities, adding much joy to the holiday atmosphere,
