AN EXCITING VISIT FOR ALICE’S CLASS!

It all started about a year and a half ago, when Debbie sent a donation of new earphones, which were given to the pupils in Alice’s class at the ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran Special Education School. This is a class of energetic, happy, high-functioning young people, most of them around the age of 16.

Michael Chai and the other pupils were very excited about the gift. They had pictures taken of themselves and sent them to Debbie. Since then, every few months the class has received a special package, full of technological surprises.

This week, for the first time, the kids had the opportunity to meet Debbie and her son, Eli, who came to visit the very excited students and to present them with even more wonderful gifts.

Debbie, a sworn fan of the HaPoel Beersheva soccer team, brought a soccer ball with her, and it was used for a personal introductions game, which the students enjoyed immensely.

When it became time to say goodbye, the kids gave Debbie flowers and thank-you letters that they had prepared. We also thank you, Debbie, for your love and generosity towards ADI Negev-Nahalt Eran’s children. We’re all looking forward to your next visit!

We need your support!

By donating to ADI Israel, YOU will help us meet our goal to enable each child, regardless of the severity of disability.
