❄❤️ AN IMPACTFUL WINTER BREAK: In advance of #JDAIM, an amazing group of students from Yeshivah of Flatbush Joel Braverman High School made their annual visit to ADI Jerusalem to give out beautiful gifts, play music and put smiles on the faces of our residents and special education students. As usual, the visit was a stunning success, and it was hard to tell who was having more fun – the YOF students or the members of our ADI family. It’s one thing to learn about disability inclusion and another to live it. We are so grateful to Yeshivah of Flatbush for their years or friendship and support, and for educating future leaders who will make disability care, inclusion, equity and access a societal priority. Thanks for another wonderful visit! We can't wait until next year!

🧸 A BEAR-Y SPECIAL GIFT! ❤ "Savta Michelle" is a dedicated ADI volunteer who goes above and beyond to bring joy to our residents and special education students. Michelle spends countless hours creating beautiful teddy bears by hand (more than 30 hours each!) and then distributes her cuddly creations to our residents and special education students, making sure they all feel special and loved. Mission accomplished, Michelle. We are so grateful for our incredible volunteers. There’s no family quite like our ADI family!

WONDER WOMEN! 💪🏻🌟 Last week, staff members from ADI Jerusalem, ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran and our 'ADI 4 U' disability resources hotline met in Jerusalem for a special professional development seminar. They learned from each other and experts in the field about the most effective ways to communicate and partner with the parents of children with severe disabilities. Our professionals consider it an honor and privilege to care for the ADI residents and special education students, and they are constantly looking for new opportunities to expand their skill sets and effectively advocate for every member of the ADI family and enhance their lives. These exceptional professionals are the gold standard, and we are so proud that they lead the way for ADI!
