Add the signature to Gmail

Fill in the details on the attached form a generate the signature
download the signature file and click open.
Copy all the content on the signature’s window (CTRL+A)
Open the Setting menu on your Gmail account.
On the “General” tab, scroll down to the signature section. Paste the signature on the designated signature text box.

All done!

Add the signature to Outlook

- Fill in the details on the attached form a generate the signature
- download the signature file and click open.
- Copy all the content on the signature’s window (CTRL+A)
- Access the signature settings window on Outlook – The following video will guide you.
- Paste the signature in the content area, go through the other settings on the page and save
