ADI Moriah representatives were invited to an impressive and dignified ceremony held at the ORT Kiryat Bialik Educational Campus at the initiative of the Jewish National Fund, during which they were awarded a generous grant from the estate of the late Mr. and Mrs. Herman Marks. The Marks Foundation is dedicated to benefitting people with disabilities.
While accepting the award, Naama Sudkewitz, director of ADI Moriah in Gedera, gifted the Marks family representative Mrs. Michal Dadon with a special hanukiah (menorah), crafted by ADI Moriah residents in their creative vocational workshop.
Naama announced that the grant is earmarked for the development of recreational and sport activities for children with autism, specifically aimed at advancing their inclusion within the community and enhancing their quality of life.
We thank the Marks Foundation and Jewish National Fund for this wonderful initiative!
