In an altruistic gesture of professional camaraderie, Professor Simona Bar Haim, founding director and head of the Translational Neuro-Rehabilitation Laboratory at the ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran rehabilitation village (The Negev Lab) and Professor Idit Maya, senior Doctor of Genetics at the Recanati Genetic Institute at Beilinson Hospital, led a symposium on Positioning for the benefit and advancement of ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran clinical staff.
Commonly understood in its role as a business and marketing strategy, Positioning has become an important tool in medical and therapeutic care. Positioning helps one understand oneโs own patterns and objectives as well as the make-up and needs of others, ultimately facilitating achievement of goals.
Calling on their own experience, Professors Bar Haim and Maya taught symposium participants the implications of Positioning and how to define goals and tools for personal positioning in preparation for meeting other people, both known and new acquaintances.
Upon conclusion of the symposium, ADI clinical teams expressed gratitude and appreciation to Professor Bar Haim and Professor Maya as well as their optimistic hopes for similar meetings in the future.
