Meet ADI Jerusalemโ€™s Newest Friend

Making a paper mache giraffe ื™ื•ืฆืจื™ื ื’'ื™ืจืคื” ืžืขื™ืกืช ื ื™ื™ืจ

After weeks of hard work, ADI Jerusalem is proud to present its newest friend, a paper-mache giraffe sized to the height of a child seated in wheelchair.

Fashioned and built in the centerโ€™s Special Education School as part of art therapy sessions under the leadership of art therapist Yehudit Sandomirsky, the giraffe stands proud and tall on ADI Jerusalemโ€™s upper level, outdoor patio, overlooking the city.

Special Education School students, involved in every step of the giraffeโ€™s creation, from shredding the paper to be used in the paper mache paste to painting the pattern on the body of the giraffe, are so proud of their new mascot.

Friends of ADI Jerusalem are invited to help us name the giraffe. Click here to send your suggestion.

We need your support!
