The soldiers were all participants in the 28th Golani Marathon, an intense 830-kilometer run that passed through six of Israel’s major cities (Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Herzliya, Tiberias, Beer Sheva and Eilat)

GOLANI SHELI! Last week, the residents of ADI Negev were treated to a surprise visit from several members of the IDF ‘s highly decorated Golani infantry brigade. The soldiers were all participants in the 28th Golani Marathon, an intense 830-kilometer run that passed through six of Israel’s major cities (Jerusalem, Tel Aviv, Haifa, Herzliya, Tiberias, Beer Sheva and Eilat) and numerous points in between. The group of soldiers took a detour from their marathon route to volunteer at ADI Negev, learning about the care provided in the village and running fun and exciting activities for the residents. We are so grateful for our continued relationship with the caring and compassionate men and women of the IDF. Thank you, Golani Brigade! Your surprise visits are always welcome.
