ADI residents, students and staff were treated to an exceptional concert when the choir Jeunes Engagรฉs pour le Monde (Young People Committed to the World) requested to make an appearance at the Jerusalem center.
The French group, which takes upon itself to volunteer at organizations that care for people with disabilities, learned about ADI Jerusalem as part of an online search. After looking into ADIโs realm and range of activity for people with cognitive and physical disabilities and complex medical conditions, the group of singers set out to perform at the Jerusalem Center.
After a mix of modern songs and some well-known French numbers, the choir dedicated a song to the amazing ADI staff, highlighting their devotion to a job that, though not always easy, helps make the world a better place by virtue of daily acts of kindness.
