Doron Almog receives the Tzamid Festival “Badge of Partnership”

The Tzamid (Special Needs) Festival opened its 11th year with a celebratory event at the Jerusalem Theater, during which the Badge of Partnership for significant steps towards integration of people with and without disabilities in society was bestowed upon Doron Almog, Major-Gen. (Res.), founder and chairman of ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran.

Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Leon bestowed the award on Almog and two other recipients for their part in advancing inclusion in Israeli society.

Upon receiving the award, Almog remarked that he is, “grateful and delighted for the decision to present him with the Badge. Thank you for the appreciation and commendation. As I stand on the stage, my son Eran stands with me. Without him, nothing would have happened.”
