New Beginnings at ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran
ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran’s innovative therapeutic gardening program recently celebrated two new beginnings.
The program’s dedicated staff coordinator Chami Lifshitz and his wife recently walked daughter Hodiya down the aisle towards a new beginning with husband Netanel. Due to Coronavirus restrictions, the outdoor wedding was kept to a minimum and included only a small number of family and close friends.
At a festive luncheon subsequently arranged at the village in accordance with all Ministry of Health regulations, program participants were able to bestow their personal blessings on the new couple.
The second event celebrated a new start in life for Rotem, a wonderful and talented young lady with special needs and a special smile, as she took leave of her job in ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran’s therapeutic gardening program to join the competitive job market as a grounds maintenance employee at a vacation community in the city of Ashkelon.
The village’s unique program empowered Rotem, to develop the self-confidence and talents necessary for this important step in her life.
Thank you, Rotem, for the commitment and dedication in your work at ADI Negev-Nahalat Eran. We wish you much success.
